Collect on behalf of a seller or merchant and deliver their net to the destination their account chose. The merchant decides where money lands, the payer decides how they pay, and neither decision touches the other.

Set the merchant’s destination once

List the merchant account’s destinations, then set the profile.
Offer only destinations where capabilities.settlementSupported is true. If no profile exists, the first eligible wallet is used; set it explicitly rather than relying on that. Settlement destinations has the full rules.

Checkout cannot change the destination

The destination comes from the account’s settlement profile and is snapshotted onto each payment when it is created. A payment never carries a merchant’s wallet address or bank details, which keeps them out of payer-facing surfaces and out of your own request bodies. Fees are frozen onto the payment at creation and deducted from the verified amount before delivery. The merchant receives fees.merchantNetAmountAtomic.

Merchants settle in stablecoin today

Settlement runs to a connected wallet on every supported settlement chain. A merchant’s bank or rail destination stays pending_verification until its provider verifies it, and a verified bank account still cannot receive settlement.

The same calls, settling into destinations your business controls.
